Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received a defective product.
• You received the wrong product or incorrect size.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at southmonk12@gmail.com with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Photos of the original packaging

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours so we can review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.

No Refund Policy

South Monk does not offer refunds for any orders.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be free from stains, perfume, washing, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences.
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Sale or clearance items unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Replacement Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your replacement request has been approved.

If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible.
